30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your NookPack purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
- Other returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest processing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Hygiene-related items that have been opened or used
- Items marked as final sale
