Where We Ship
NookPack currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free standard shipping on orders over (domestic only).
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. NookPack is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier website or through your NookPack account.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@nookpack.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
