Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China — to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and many other countries. Typical delivery is 7–15 business days, depending on your destination and customs processing. Free standard shipping on US & Canada orders over $99. International rates are calculated at checkout. How do I care for my pet gear?
