We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China — to the United States, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and many other countries. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on orders over $99 to the US and Canada. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. NookPack is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number. Track your package on the carrier’s website or in your NookPack account.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@nookpack.com. We’ll work with the carrier to locate it, and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
